Upon request, liveClinic will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. liveClinic enables customers and web site visitors with the ability to access and correct personal information we have collected. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe. liveClinic acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. If you are a person who has signed up with liveClinic for the use of the liveClinic Platform and you seek to access, correct, amend, or delete data, you should direct your query to liveClinic. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe

  • Virtual Doctor Visits.
  • We may share Personal Information with liveClinic doctors in order to facilitate your treatment and care.
  • Like an in-person patient-doctor interaction, liveClinic virtual consults are confidential, but not anonymous.
  • When using liveClinic Premium Services, your Profile information, such as your real name and health information, are visible to doctors with whom you see or chat with in a virtual visit. By initiating a virtual consult, you consent to sharing your name and the health information in your Profile with doctors who treat you in virtual visits.

Security

liveClinic exercises managerial and technical safeguards designed to protect against the loss or unauthorized use or disclosure of personal information belonging to our customers and web site visitors. These safeguards include: encryption, malware protection, logical and physical access controls, and detection of social engineering attacks.

It is our end user’s responsibility to ensure authorized access to personal information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your MyRecords resources.

Enforcement

liveClinic monitors and reviews security safeguards and takes corrective action whenever we discover deviations from our Privacy Policy.

Data Classifications

Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Personal Health Information is Personal Data comprised of an individual's present and past health information recorded by the person himself.

Confidential Data is any proprietary data, which is not in the public domain, and/or, data which is controlled by its owner and requires explicit permission to access, store, process, or transfer.

End User Data is data provided by End Users in connection with the liveClinic Services. With respect to data protection legislation liveClinic may be a Data Controller or a Data Processor. liveClinic is a Data Controller with respect to data provided by MyRecords End users.

As part of liveClinic Insider program we enable you to invite your contacts to sign up with liveClinic MyRecords application. You may choose to invite your contacts by signing in with your Google email credentials for liveClinic to provide you ready access to your contacts and an ability to choose specific contacts and send them email invitation to sign up with liveClinic MyRecords application. We do not store your email address or password information. Your information is submitted securely to retrieve your address book.

Transfer of Personal Data

liveClinic’s headquarters in the United States is our primary location for business operations.

In order to provide you with the information, products, or services you have requested, Personal Data may be transferred or shared with other third-party vendors who act on our behalf, process Personal Data in accordance with the purposes for which the data was originally collected, or for purposes to which Data Subjects have subsequently consented. Our Privacy Policy, supported by model contract agreements and safeguards for data governance, are designed to provide equivalent data protection for all customers wherever they may reside.
