All pricing plans provide HIPAA compliant, unlimited two-way video calls to patients, chat funtionality,
direct patient billing, with minimal third party transaction fees. (2.9% per call + $0.30). No other fees.

Pricing FAQs

Is there a contract period?

No, liveClinic is a monthly subscription that can be cancelled or put on hold anytime.

Any plan can be cancelled with 30 days notice, and access will be available for 30 days after the final billing date.

Does liveClinic charge a % fee per call.

liveClinic only charges a monthly fee. There is a credit card transaction fee of 2.9% + $0.30 sent to our card processer. This fee does not go towards our revenue. We want to keep fees minimial to encourage as many Virtual Visits as possible.

Can I share my login with other Doctors?

Your liveClinic login is exclusive use to you.
You will have a unique login tied to your profile.

If you have additional users in your practice, we offer a reduced fee to additional logins at the same practice.

Is there a trial period?

Yes, liveClinic offers a 30 day free trial to use the service with your patients.

You get the same functionality and experience as a liveClinic Doctor.
