Where liveClinic collects Personal Information directly from Individuals, it will explain the purposes for which it collects and uses Personal Information about the Individuals, the types of third parties to which liveClinic discloses that information, and the choices and means, if any, liveClinic offers Individuals options for limiting the use and disclosure of Personal Information about them. This explanation will be provided as soon as practicable and, in any event, before liveClinic discloses the Personal Information or uses such information for a purpose materially different than that for which it was originally collected or processed. liveClinic also will provide any additional information required by law for a specific context, product or service. Types of Personal Information collected, Purposes of Collection and Uses of Personal Information:
liveClinic may offer Individuals the opportunity to choose whether their non-identifiable Information is (a) to be disclosed to a third party, or (b) to be used for a purpose materially different from the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the Individual.
liveClinic will not process Sensitive Personal Information about Individuals for purposes other than those for which the information was originally obtained or subsequently authorized by the Individual unless the Individual explicitly consents to the processing (“opt-in”), or as required or permitted, or where not prohibited by law or regulation.

In the performance of our services and business operations, Personal Information we collect or receive may be stored or transferred internationally throughout our worldwide organization and to our service providers or agents, including for hosting our databases or provision of data processing services, in accordance with applicable data privacy laws. liveClinic may also share an Individual's Personal Information with Agents in connection with services that these individuals or entities perform for, or with, liveClinic. liveClinic may, for example, provide an Individual's Personal Information to Agents for hosting our databases, for data processing services, or to send to that Individual the information that he or she requested.
Upon request, liveClinic will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. liveClinic enables customers and web site visitors with the ability to access and correct personal information we have collected. liveClinic acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. If you are a person who has signed up with liveClinic for the use of the liveClinic Platform and you seek to access, correct, amend, or delete data, you should direct your query to liveClinic. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
liveClinic exercises managerial and technical safeguards designed to protect against the loss or unauthorized use or disclosure of personal information belonging to our customers and web site visitors. These safeguards include: encryption, malware protection, logical and physical access controls, and detection of social engineering attacks.
It is our end user’s responsibility to ensure authorized access to personal information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your MyRecords resources.
Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Personal Health Information is Personal Data comprised of an individual's present and past health information recorded by the person himself.
Confidential Data is any proprietary data, which is not in the public domain, and/or, data which is controlled by its owner and requires explicit permission to access, store, process, or transfer.
End User Data is data provided by End Users in connection with the liveClinic Services.
With respect to data protection legislation liveClinic may be a Data Controller or a Data Processor. liveClinic is a Data Controller with respect to data provided by MyRecords End users.
liveClinic groups all user data into 2 main categories for the purposes of informing on the use, retention periods and user configurable options available.

As part of liveClinic Insider program we enable you to invite your contacts to sign up with liveClinic MyRecords application. You may choose to invite your contacts by signing in with your Google email credentials for liveClinic to provide you ready access to your contacts and an ability to choose specific contacts and send them email invitation to sign up with liveClinic MyRecords application. We do not store your email address or password information. Your information is submitted securely to retrieve your address book.
liveClinic’s headquarters in the United States is our primary location for business operations.
For example, regarding normal business operations, liveClinic may engage a third party to support our billing, support services, information technology, or mailings on our behalf.
We may also disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
liveClinic protects personal information in accordance with Fair Information Practice Principles, General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), and applicable law pertaining to residents of any country where personal data is shared. All personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries are subject to the, and to the Framework’s applicable Principles. For example, when visitors access our public websites from any country outside the United States, personal information will be transferred across national boundaries. Customers who reside and conduct business outside the United States, enter into contractual agreements with liveClinic to provide products and services which may result in international data transfers.
